Psoriasis

Psoriasis, is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis of unpredictable clinical course, which mixes periods of activity with others quiescent, involving equally both sexes. It is less common in the tropic, than in poor solar exposed countries. More frequent in young people (around 28 years old), often flares after periods of nervous tension, skin injuries, cutaneous infections, or drug reactions.

In summary, psoriasis is a skin inflammatory disease, due to immunological disturbance, genetically determined of chronic uncertain evolution.
